- Anonymous website analytics — general usage data such as pages visited and device type, without identifying you personally
Why we collect it
We use this information to:
- Improve PocketSparky based on how sparkies actually use it on site
- Contact users about their account, updates, and support
- Guide product development in the right direction
- Respond to your enquiries and feedback
We do not sell your personal information. We collect what we need to run the service and make it better — nothing more.
Third-party services
PocketSparky relies on trusted providers to operate. These may process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Vercel — website and application hosting
- OpenAI— powers Mick's diagnostic and standards assistance
- Google Search Console — website performance insights (when enabled)
- Microsoft 365 — planned for business email
Each provider has its own privacy practices. We choose partners that meet our standards for security and reliability.

PocketSparky uses essential cookies to keep the site and app working properly — for example, keeping you signed in. We may also use anonymous analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the website, so we can improve it over time.
